In Case of Inclement Weather…

Winter weather has finally arrived, and we want to remind everyone that Mass in Church will not be cancelled for weather emergencies since Fr. Matt and Fr. Ravi are always nearby. However, we do not want anyone to put themselves or their family at risk to fulfill a ministerial assignment or to attend Mass. When travel is not safe, all are excused from the obligation to attend Mass. We will celebrate Mass with whatever ministers and people attend.

Sponsor a Poinsettia for Christmas Season

You are invited to help decorate St. Peter’s Church and remember an absent friend or family member this Christmas season by sponsoring a poinsettia. With your $30 donation, we will purchase a poinsettia and display it in the Church in remembrance of your loved one. Please submit this order form with your donation either to the parish office or in the Sunday collection. Be sure to indicate whether the honoree is deceased or serving in the military. There are special envelopes in the back of the Church. Please call the parish office with any questions (816) 363-2320.

New Group For Young Families

PaLS (Parents and Little Spirits) is a new St. Peter’s group focused on connecting young families. The group gathers on Wednesday mornings, 8:45-10 a.m. in the Church for 20 minutes of Adoration, catered to little ones through music and storytelling, followed by coffee and play either outside or in the nursery, depending on the weather. Please join us!
