October is Respect Life Month, a celebration of the sanctity of life at all stages. Here are some of the events planned:
- Diaper Drive to benefit Birthright, located at 6309 Walnut. Barrels will be available in the vestibule on all weekends during October and also in the school lobby for the School families to collect donations. [sizes: newborn to 3; also diaper wipes]
- Living Rosary to be prayed on October 27th after the 11:00 Mass. You can sign up for a “bead’ of the Rosary here. This is a wonderful family activity.
- The movie, Unplanned, featuring the story of Abby Johnson, will be shown next Sunday, October 20 at 6:45 p.m. in the Narthex. Abby was a director of a Planned Parenthood Abortion Clinic and experienced a conversion to become a Pro-Life advocate and speaker.
