Catechists Needed

The Church is always growing. We have adults expressing interest in following Christ more closely through the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA), and catechists are an important part of the process, sharing their faith journey and supporting the RCIA instruction. Interested in being a catechist? Contact the parish office, 816.363.2320 or by email at

Save These Dates! Cranksgiving in On!

Save these dates for the special 2020 edition of Cranskgiving: Nov. 7, Nov. 14, and Nov. 21. The need for food assistance is as great as ever, and so is the need to collect food safely, so we are spreading Cranksgiving over 3 weekends! We are still working out details, but start thinking about a ride with your family or small group. No big party and no competitions–we are all one big team this year, and we’re all winners when we feed KC’s hungry!
