Our first annual St. Peter’s Brookside Ladies’ Shopping Night is tomorrow (Wednesday) April 24th, 5 – 9 pm. 5B&Co Candlemakers, Lady Bye and COCO are all offering 10% off purchases with 10% of all sales going back to St. Peter’s. (Wine and Champagne provided) After a fun night of shopping you can head over to Charlie Hooper’s for drink and appetizer specials. It’s the perfect time to socialize with friends, and get some Graduation/ Mother’s Day/New Spring Outfit shopping done!

St. Peter’s Co-Ed T-Ball registration is underway for St. Peter and St. Therese Little Flower parishioners and school families who will be entering Pre-K (4 year old class) or Kindergarten in the Fall of 2019. Registration forms must be returned by Friday, April 26th for uniform orders. We hope you will join us for the fun which begins Saturday, May 11, and runs through June 15. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity for peers and parents to meet new and old St. Peter’s friends before the start of the school year! St. Peter’s Spring Grounds Clean Up Day

Check in at the school lobby for refreshments and campus assignments. Please bring gloves, labeled rakes, tarps, lawn bags, blowers, trimmers, etc. We will be cleaning out garden beds, trimming grasses, and raking leaves. Service hours available for students. All parishioners are welcome to attend Chet McDoniel’s presentation to the 3rd–8th graders in St. Peter’s gym on Wednesday, April 3, at 9:15 a.m. Chet, who was born without arms and with shortened legs, is an inspirational speaker whose personal stories center around a common theme of leaning on God, and that God is the author of life. He will also touch on an anti-bullying message. Learn more about Chet here. While in Kansas City, Chet will also give an adults only presentation at Nativity Parish in Leawood, Kansas, on Thursday, April 4, at 6 p.m., sponsored by the Vitae Foundation. The Women of St. Peter’s are collecting hygiene items for women, children, and men to donate to the following charities:Hope House, Rose Brooks, Synergy and Journey to New Life. Please deliver donations of travel-size toiletries, feminine products, wash cloths, and socks to either the Legacy Center or the bin in the back of the Church by April 3.
